End of The Semester

I have almost made it through another semester. I only have to make it through a week of finals, and I will be done! Yay! I really have loved this semester. My classes are all great (I can say that because my math teacher go fired). This semester has gone by so fast though. It really doesn't' seem like that long ago that I was just moving in.
I have learned a lot too! I made a skirt, pants, and a shirt in my sewing class. I learned a ton of great stuff in my culinary class, and now have an awesome book of recipes! I got to experience first hand a stupid teacher being fired. AND I am most likely going to pass my history class with and A or high B! I love School!
Of course school isn't all about class. The social life this semester has been great. Last year was fun, but not in comparison to this one. My roommates are absolutely awesome; We really get involved in our ward, and have made a lot of great friends. We all get along really well too. I was worried that I would be the third wheel, because they were friends in high school, but it's not the case at all. I got really luck this year!
As for my love life...I am still single. So not much to say there. ha ha
I love my job! I work a lot, but I love what I am doing so it doesn't bother me! I am in the camera room most of the time, which is great.

As the semester has been winding down I have been kinda sad that I only have half a year with my roommates. I have also been trying to plan where I want to live over the summer and next fall. I like having and idea of what I want to do. Well, I was talking to my roommate Melissa, and we were talking about how she hasn't really put much thought into where she wants to live until her boss told her about getting an apartment/house. Melissa really liked the idea, and kept referring to how much fun "we" would have. I asked her if she would want to live together again next school year. She said she definitely would. I am so excited! I love both Melissa and Brooklyn! I also hate the mystery of who my next roommates are going to be. WOOT So, we are trying to get into an apartment/house close to campus. I am not really sure how to go about doing this though. If you have any ideas I would love to hear them. I don't know who to call or even how to find out what would be available.....Any suggestions/advise on housing ideas (even if they aren't a house/apartment)?

Well, this entry is pretty long so I should probably bring it to a close, but I am happy and loving school! YAY! :)

That's awesome that you're doing well and enjoying school! It's such a fun part of life! Hooray on getting a good grade in your history class! It feels awesome, huh? I want to hear more about your job, though! How does it compare to Sears? Do you like it there?

A good place to look for house apartments is in the student center by the food court. There is a wall of things for sale including lots of apartments and houses for rent. That's where I would start, but you can also go online to the daily journal's website and look there. They have both apartments and houses for rent listed there. Good luck! That's what I would have done after another year at Old Farm.

I think I will leave the housing advise to those who know the area better. Will you have to move twice or can you stay summer and fall, etc?
